Formerly One Schaumburg Place, included the design of site improvements for enclosed retail mall, 2 parking garages and 7-story office building and a proposed hotel. The offsite infrastructure improvements included the widening of 2 existing IDOT roadways along IL Route 53 frontage road and Higgins Road, the extension of Martingale Road, the abandonment of an existing lift station, and the rerouting of a 54 inch storm sewer; design of a 350-car parking lot. The design included the extension of the existing sanitary and watermain system and the construction of 2 detention facilities

A Return on Investment solution for this 20-acre Mixed-Use Office/Retail Center included the mitigation of flood waters to reclaim 28% of the site buildable area.  Onsite and offsite  improvements including the design of adjacent roadways, water mains, sanitary and storm sewers, and an Intersection Design Study of IL. Route 59 and 111th Street.  Review agencies included: Village of Bolingbrook, FEMA, Will County DOT, Illinois DOT and Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.

Corcovado Village Shopping Center

Located at the intersection of Warner Road and McQueen Road in Chandler.  Project included the design of water main, sanitary sewer, paving, and drainage improvements for two free standing commercial buildings with approximately 17,650 square feet of building area combined.  This project incorporated underground storage for storm water retention, required a lot split, and featured a free standing drive-thru entry monument arch.

Design of a 15-acre commercial site at the intersection of Desert Foothills parkway and Chandler Boulevard in Phoenix. Harper College-Master Stormwater Report

Harper Community College     Schaumburg, Illinois

The project consisted of the elimination of localized flooding on campus and adjacent private property.  Hydraulic & Hydrology studies were performed to provide design standards for Stormwater management system modifications.  Improvements included site re-grading and ditch conveyance channelization.

The three story, 91,000 SF University Center contains two computer labs, two distance learning labs, a science lab, a tiered lecture hall, a nursing lab, a library, and a theater-style lecture hall. The new University Center of Lake County classroom building is located on CLC’s Grayslake Campus, at 1200 University Center Drive.

Willow Creek Church – 7,300-seat Auditorium

The onsite and offsite site improvements for the new auditorium and office/classroom wing included the conversion of an existing deep & shallow well system to a proposed potable Water Main System with booster station and 2,600 linear feet of offsite water main.  The building additions required the relocation of existing utilities; the reconfiguration of access and parking facilities; capacity analysis and existing lift station pump modifications; and a water network analysis of the municipal system.
