Formerly One Schaumburg Place, included the design of site improvements for enclosed retail mall, 2 parking garages and 7-story office building and a proposed hotel. The offsite infrastructure improvements included the widening of 2 existing IDOT roadways along IL Route 53 frontage road and Higgins Road, the extension of Martingale Road, the abandonment of an existing lift station, and the rerouting of a 54 inch storm sewer; design of a 350-car parking lot. The design included the extension of the existing sanitary and watermain system and the construction of 2 detention facilities
