The proposed recreational facility expansion and new covered pedestrian access improvements to an existing 200-unit Senior living apartment complex required ROI solution by JUDD Services.  Creative site hydraulic modifications to the original storm water retention and shared parking lot facilities now provides pedestrian access to beautiful open-space areas.

Condell Medical Center – Parking Expansion

The 250,000 sq.ft. building addition to the Condell Medical Center campus required the reconfiguration and expansion of the existing parking lot.  Paving and grading plans were designed to achieve the required parking per the zoning regulations.

Brighton Gardens Assisted Living

The site improvements for the new assisted living facility included a contoured walking trail and a loading dock area.  A Return on Investment solution for this project was the placement of emergency access pavers on a restricted access site  in lieu of a perimeter ring road.
