Design of a 15-acre commercial site at the intersection of Desert Foothills parkway and Chandler Boulevard in Phoenix. Project included design of public roadways, water main, sanitary sewer, storm water retention, half-street improvements of Desert Foothills Boulevard, and storm water pollution prevention plan.  Review agencies included:  City of Phoenix and Maricopa County Department of Environmental Services.
