The new Center for the Arts building required the expansion and reconfiguration of the existing parking lot, relocation of site lighting, the extension of an existing water main, the placement of new service lines, resurfacing of the Municipal Center access road and improvements to the existing pedestrian walkway on the Municipal campus.
